The second edition of Goa Arts and Literary Festival was held from 17 - 21 December 2011. The festival was inaugurated by renowned lyricist, author, poet & Sahitya Akademi awardee Shri. Gulzar and internationally acclaimed author & Sahitya Akademi awardee Shri. Amitav Ghosh . The festival was organised by The International Centre Goa in partnership with Goa Writers Group, Indian Ateliers, Goa Konkani Akademi, Gomantak Marathi Akademi Kala Academy Goa and GHRSSIDC. The Festival was supported by ICCR, Sahitya Akademi, Bravia Capital and Goa Tourism & GTDC.
